I am a 25 year old lady, who weighs 56 kgs and am not interested in losing weight. However, I would love to get rid of my cellulite. What diet plan should I follow to achieve this?

HiIf you are not exercising, start doing so now, 20-30 min cardio and weight training, Pilates and yoga are very good for detoxing your body. Breath – deeply and from the stomach, this again helps your body filter and expel toxins and be positive. Cellulite is a common factor for most women but make these changes and stick with them and you will start noticing not only more energy and vitality but decrease in cellulite.
Treatments to aid your lymphatic system such as lymphatic massage and infrared sauna will aid in expelling toxins and increasing your metabolism. Eat foods that boost your metabolism and avoid the highs and low of caffeine. Good luck and enjoy the journey to a cellulite free body.
