Question
Hi.
I am 37, in good shape and eat on the healthy side (but not enough veggies and fish!) I supplement with a good range of vitamins and omega 3. I have small bumps under my skin on my face despite using a good skin range. I have been on roaccutane and that was the only thing that cleared it up - but only while I was on the product. I don't want to take it again - toxic.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks Louise
Answer
Have you considered having a vitamin deficiency test done and food intolerance testing done? Another culprit could be your makeup! Do you have any chemical peels done often?- Debby Fisher
