Get your blood pumping for a little bit of hope

Participate in the Virgin Active Spin-a-thon on 1 March 2008 and do your bit for children and families effected by HIV/AIDS.

With the Pick 'n Pay Argus Cycle Tour just around the corner, Virgin Active is calling all cyclists to make their way down to Canal Walk for a pre Argus Virgin Active Spin-a-thon on the 1 March 2008. Ten of the regions hottest spinning instructors will be presenting 45 min spinning sessions during the course of the day, giving you a cutting edge just before the race.

Not only is this a chance to get the blood pumping, but in doing so you will be helping Virgin Active support a worthwhile cause. Lerato's Hope is a charity, founded in 2002 by the member of the Pinelands Baptist Church, which supports children and families affected by the HIV/Aids pandemic. By bringing along tins of food and/or blankets to the Virgin Active Spin-a-thon you will be playing your part in supporting this incredible organisation. Virgin Active will donate all collections to the organisation on your behalf.
