8. Do at least one thing every day to combat bad habits and cultivate healthy ones.
9. Don't tell people you're on a diet. If someone asks, say you're trying to eat more healthily.
10. Do not reward yourself with food. It's an easy reward that doesn't mean a thing. Stop thinking that food will make you feel better. Reward yourself with something substantial – even if it means spending some money on yourself for once.
