A rose and chocolate vanilla milk bath

This bath mixture is good enough to eat!

- Mix together 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 10 tbsp milk powder and 1/4 cup warm water in a large bowl.

- Stir well to prevent lumps.

- Pour into the bathtub as the bath fills.

- Throw in 3 vanilla pods and a handful of freshly gathered rose petals.

- Step in, lie back and relax.

Try this Yoga Pose:

Plough Pose. Also called Halasana.

  • Lie on your back, with arms at your sides.
  • Using your abdominal muscles, lift your legs over your head, until your toes touch the floor behind your head.
  • Interlace your fingers behind your back and straighten arms.
  • Roll your shoulders under one at a time, ensuring that your hips are aligned over the shoulders.
  • Hold. You should feel the stretch in your shoulders and spine.
  • To come out of the pose, roll out of position slowly, one vertebra at a time, keeping the legs straight and the feet together.
