An organic rose, oats and honey facemask

This divine springtime treat combines the velvety softness of rose petals with the antimicrobial properties of honey – a great way to perk up your complexion.
- Gather a handful of rose petals (preferably fresh) and gently shred them into a bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup of finely ground oats.
- Add 3 tsp. of honey and 2 tsp. of rosewater.
- Mix well.
- Apply the mixture to your neck and face, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 30 minutes, enjoy, and rinse with warm water.

Try this Yoga Pose:

Half Lord of the Fishes Pose. Also known as Ardha Matsyendrasana and Seated Spinal Twist

  • Sitting on the floor, bring the sole of your right foot to the floor on the outside of your left thigh.
  • Bend the left knee, and tuck the left foot in next to the right buttock.
  • Inhale and bring your left arm up near your left ear.
  • Exhale and twist the right arm, bringing the left elbow to the outside of your right knee and the right palm to the floor.
  • Look out over your right shoulder. As you inhale, draw the spine longer, and on each exhale, twist a little more.

    This pose helps you to open up and stretch your spine.
