Robo-tot Suri Cruise who turned 2 last Friday had a huge bash on Saturday with her parents and the other aliens from the Scientology spaceship. It was the first time Suri's been spotted in a few months. It's been rumoured that she has been kept in seclusion to drum up some much needed good publicity for the crazy Cruises. Suri celebrated with a huge tiered birthday cake and lord knows what else but it wasn't some jumping castle affair that's for sure.

Her parents used the big day to engage in some seriaaaas public displays of affection for the press who were conveniently there. Rumours are rife that the 'Brainwashed Bride' also known as Katie has had enough of old couch jumper Cruise's controlling ways and is about to give him the boot AND take Suri with her... now there's a custody battle that ought to be epic.

Well if it ever comes to that Tommy boy has an unlikely supporter... Madonna! The Material girl has defended Tom and his Scientology beliefs in New York Magazine. Madge hung out with Tomkat at her Raising Malawi benefit and she reckons he gets a "raw deal." Madge said, "I don't care if people worship turtles or frogs – if they're good people, that's all I care about, and he (Cruise) is a good person. I think he gets a raw deal, just as I think the orphans in Malawi get a raw deal; just as I think a lot of marginalised people get a raw deal". Hollywood's famous Kabbalah queen supporting Scientology? Maybe he is trying to convert her too – now that I'd like to see, Tom and Madge duke it out.

But how convenient that Madge, who is currently promoting her new album Hard Candy, is defending ALL the big Hollywood names in ALL the magazines... first it was Britney and now Tom... damn good publicity stunt if you ask me.

On Sunday night Tomkat celebrated yet another celeb birthday, Victoria Beckham's. The Cruises and Beckhams seem to be back to being BFFE's. It's been widely reported that there has been a rift between Posh and Katie... apparently a rivalry of some sort (must be over the best hairstyle).

Controlling Mr Cruise is said to have put a stop to the friendship because he doesn't like Posh's influence over Katie – he blames Posh for Katie's skinniness – Tommy is probably jealous.

Well all seemed just peachy on Sunday night at Posh's birthday soiree. The Cruises were there in full force along with all of Posh's NBF's. Heidi and Seal, P Diddy/Sean Combs and his babymamma Kim Porter (yip they back together again) Kate Beckinsale and her man, Elton John and husband David Furnish, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, Will and Jada Smith... gee whiskers Posh pulled in quite a crowd.

Also celebrating a birthday this past weekend was Kate Hudson. She turned 29 and guess who she shared her big day with? Owen Wilson of course AND his parents. They have obviously gotten over their feud with Miss Kate.

Lindsay Lohan is no stranger to frenemies, enemies and feuds. Old Linds ain't Hollywood's Miss Popular. This week she is back to feuding with her bible-bashing reformed jailbird father but she also made a new enemy with an unlikely character. Ashley Olsen.

For a while now Linds has been denying that her friendship with BFFE D.J Samantha Ronson, who I may add sold her 'story' to some gossip mags for loot, isn't romantic. Well for a strictly platonic friendship it's a little weird that Linds is acting like Sam's very possessive girlfriend, living with her and calling herself Lindsay Ronson.

According to the New York Post, while partying up a storm, the 'sober' Linds caused a ruckus at the disco, where Ronson was DJ-ing. Linds didn't like all the attention Ronson was getting and totally lost it when Ashley Olsen said hello to Sam. Lindsay screamed at her, "Get your 15-year-old 'Full House' ass away from my girlfriend," it was reported. Word of advice to Ash, don't mess with Lind's leading lass – she'll squash you like a twig!

Love and Marriage
Aah those celebs sure do believe in the sanctity of marriage. Amy Crackhouse's beloved husband Blake Fielder-Civil is still in the chookie. Anyhow Blake has already had a few dramas while locked up, including an overdose. Well this week it has surfaced that Blake is still on the hard stuff and has a rather inventive way of getting his goods. Am's 'loving' husband is exchanging raunchy pics of his missus for crack! That is classic. Those jailbirds must be hard up.

Even though we all know they got hitched on April 4th and all the guests have basically confirmed it – Jay-Z and Bouncy still haven't confirmed or announced their nuptials. However, the official papers were filed in New York this past Friday, Jay-Z and Beyonce were indeed married on Friday, 4/4. So now we wait for the official wedding pics... or maybe they're holding out for a magazine deal?

However, the newlyweds haven't been all that loved up recently. This past weekend at a concert rally for Barak Obama, Jay-Z dissed Bouncy's song Crazy in Love when it came on and promptly changed it. Oooh so not a good move. Apparently B walked off in a huff. Better sort it out Jay-Z, with a nice big piece of bling.

And while on the topic of celeb weddings, I just have to mention the most ridiculous (and worldclass) news I've heard in a while. It's been reported by some American gossip sites that Paris Hilton is planning a spectacular double wedding with frenemy and sister-in-law to be, Nicole Richie. Apparently the two want to marry their boyfriends, the Madden twins, in a huge double wedding – how very 3rd grade of them.

This HAS to be a publicity stunt because there is NO way either Parys or Nicole would share the limelight on their big day! Paz, who is back from the Paris and Benji Roadshow, has been swanning around LA with a ring on her engagement finger. Oh and they just celebrated their 2 month anniversary this week – talk about moving at warp speed.

A little bit of this and that
Things are sure looking up for Britney Spears as she is now officially confirmed to be reprising her cameo role on How I Met Your Mother, after she received rave reviews for her first appearance. Cannot wait to see it!

I have tried to ignore her for as long as possible, but it seems she is here to stay. Miley Cyrus, also known as Billy Ray Cyrus's sprog is a big big star. This week, risqué pics of the 15-year-old Hannah Montana actress and her 'boyfriend' surfaced... wonder where they got those from... hmm? Another example of why you should never take dodgy pics EVER! Hopefully we don't have another Jamie Lynn Spears on our hands.

Tom Cruise's kid, no not Suri, his other kid, Conner Cruise, is set to make his screen debut. Conner is going to star in the new Will Smith flick, Seven Pounds.

Over the weekend Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James were involved in a drunken driving incident – they were the victims and luckily were unharmed!
