Can you please help me. I am not sure if I like this guy or not. I always think about him and every one says that I like him more than a friend. It's just that I like him has friend. He always makes me smile. And when ever I see him I have I funny feeling in my chest, I have never been in love before. He is also my boss.

I think you need to trust what you feel and not be influenced by what other people say. It certainly sounds as if there is an element of attraction to him but attraction does not equal love and for attraction to develop into the next stage requires that it should be mutual. You have not mentioned any indication of how he feels towards you. Even if you do feel a physical or emotional attraction to him I would suggest that you proceed with extreme caution given that he is your boss. You risk not only making a fool of your self but losing your job too.
