Loss of interest in love making

I have lost interest in love making. I am 33 years old mother of three, I am inlove with my husband but the problem is he once said he doesn't enjoy love making with me as I cant grip him. I am too big for him. Can you please help me to be sexually involved again with him as this may ruin my marriage.

Do you think that you have lost interest in love making BECAUSE of the comment he made regarding your vagina? Or are there also other factors playing a role? Being a mother of 3 can be very tiring and many women do experience a change in their sex drive after having children. One of the things you can do is tone and tighten your (pelvic floor) PC muscles through specific exercises also known as kegel exercises. These muscles contract involuntarily during orgasm or when you are aroused so learning to contract them voluntarily can be a great sexual enhancer.
To locate your PC muscle practice stopping the flow of urine and the muscle you use to do this is your PC. If you do a search for Kegel exercises on the net you will find many specific examples of the exercises you can do. Using ben-wa type balls which you insert into your vagina can also be very useful in terms of training your muscles.
