I have bought i demo citi golf. one day when driving home from work i hit another car from the back, i was travelling at about 60 to 70 km p/h , it took about R23 000 to fix that car but was never written off and was fixed buy an authourised VW body repair as it was still under warranty, is my car now a code 3

Essentially, your insurer will assess the damage and based on that will determine whether the car should be de-registered as a Code 3.
