This is usually the fastest to apply, since it's in the morning and rush hour. It's also a tricky process because it's done in 10 minutes and has to be discreet and efficient.
Foundation
A good foundation that blends well with your skin tone is your first priority. To get a look that's simple, but striking. The latest trend is to apply foundation that looks natural to allow the skin's glow to shine through.
Eyes
This is the most time-consuming part of make-up application. The skin around the eyes tends to be dry and lifeless during winter days, so don't be afraid to experiment with bronze shades.
Lips
Use a lip-liner colour (preferably a soft one for daywear) that matches your gloss or lipstick. Make sure the two blend well.
Cocktail make-up
Having to dash from the office to a social function needn't be a mission. Gone are the days when you simply had to rely on lashings of powder for a party look: now you can simply transform your office look by drawing attention to your eyes and lips.
Foundation
You don't have to apply foundation to your face again. Instead add a translucent powder to remove the all-day shine.
Eyes
Redefine your eyes with a pencil-liner. You can keep the bronze shade and add another shimmery colour over it to complement what you're wearing.
Lips
Re-apply lip liner (preferably a bold one for evening) and add a darker gloss or lipstick to enhance your lips.
Blusher
Complete your evening look by adding a shimmery blusher of choice to give yourself sexy cheeks. Voila – You're ready for action!
