Classic cocoa
Ingredients
15 ml
cocoa powder
15 ml
sugar
65 ml
water
500 ml
milk
dash of rum or whisky (optional)
Method:
1. Combine cocoa powder and sugar in a small saucepan.
2. Add water and whisk until smooth.
3. Heat milk. Bring cocoa mixture to the boil, reduce heat to low, then add hot milk, stirring continuously until frothy.
4. Add a dash of rum or whisky, if desired. Serve immediately.
