Chocolate milk
Ingredients
a few spoons nut chocolate spread
1 litre
milk
250 ml
fresh full cream milk
brown sugar to taste
handful hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
Method:
Spoon some of the nut chocolate spread into glass mugs or medium-sized glasses and spread a little against the sides. Heat the milk until very hot and pour slowly into the glasses. Add sugar to taste. Heat the full cream milk to just below boiling point and use a foamer to make foam. You can also make it in a coffee plunger. Here's how: fill the glass pot of the plunger about a third full with hot milk and place plunger on top. Push the plunger rapidly up and down until foam forms. Remove plunger and place the glass pot in the microwave for about a minute to allow the foam to stabilise. Top each glass with foam and sprinkle nuts on top. Serve immediately.
Enough for 4 people.
