Yoghurt dip (Cacik)
Ingredients
125 ml
sour cream
125 ml
plain yoghurt
125 ml
English cucumber, coarsely grated
3
cloves garlic, finely crushed
25 ml
fresh mint, finely chopped
10 ml
fresh dill, finely chopped
salt
pepper
Method:
Blend all the ingredients and chill for a few hours before serving.
Makes 375 ml.
