I am big framed on top and small on the bottom I cant wear skirts my legs are like toothpicks Please help

Dressing correctly is not about dressing for perfection, but for balance. In your case, you need to balance your bottom part with your top. Avoid wearing anything with a high neckline as it will make your boobs look bigger. Go for v-neck or scoop necks. Avoid going baggy on top as it will make you look bigger than you are. Rather wear blouses and tops with shape. To balance your bottom part, wear a-line or fishtail skirts either in full length or knee length with knee high boots. That will hide the tooth pic look and aid balance. Alternatively try wide leg trousers as it will disguise your thin legs, making them look like they are in proportion.
