I happen to be a lady with the tiniest feet you'll find. I am size 3, anyway that was that was a year ago at least, of late all size3 are big, and I happen to love high heels. Now, what's a woman to do? All my shoes have pads in them but that doesn't help much. Whatever happened to the size 3 I wore last year? Please help.
