It's important to get creative when the space is small. Separate your winter and summer clothes and store out of season items in a sealed container either under your bed, high up in the cuboard or in a garage, store or spare space. If you don't have a space you could even stack 3 boxes and place a cloth over them as an extra table maybe. Then, make sure you do a thorough and honest declutter - if you have not worn the item in the past year, chances are you wont. Give these away. From now on, practice the one-in-one-out principal where if you buy somethign new, you need to take somethign old, less loved or seldom worn out.
