I'm struggling

Caro I'm 47, 1.52m and weigh 88kg I work from 7am till 6pm. I'm sitting the whole day. I don't know what to eat during the day and also supper time. Please help me. I'm desperate.

Hi Chrisma,

You need to eat little, often.

You need to stay away from too many carbohydrates as you do very little exercise. Make yourself snacks to much on throughout the day.

Snack ideas:
Crudites with hummus dip
Little fat free yoghurts
Nuts and seeds use wraps instead of bread, and choose
Rye bread over normal bread.

Stay away from white bread and eliminate butter and mayonnaise from your diet.
Drink a lot of water and eliminate all fizzy drinks and juice from your diet.
Eat a good breakfast! A warm bowl of oats and a banana, or fat-free yoghurt and oat bran or an omelette with rye toast.
Eat simple proteins
Stay away from fatty meats like lamb and mince.
Cut out all junk food, and
Really try to exercise - try a 30 min walk at lunch time? You CAN do it.
