QUESTION
Hi, how are you. I realy need to loose the weight. i am 1.8m tall and wiegh 70kg. i would like to weigh at least 63 within 3 weeks. i need a crash diet that will produce. i don't have time to eat during the day so i eat in the afternoon and evenings, i do kickboxing. i am not overweight, i just want to slim down for my wedding. please help.

There are plenty of "experts" around that will offer you a plan that will lead to quick weight loss. What they forget to mention thought, is that the kilos that are lost quickly return quickly and bring friends...
You may think that it will be worth it to just do it this one time because you have a specific goal that you want to reach for a specific reason, and you plan to return to normal afterwards. From my experience though, returning to "normal" is extremely difficult once you have dieted. The process of eating regulation gets so thorougly disrupted, it takes some people years to bring it back to balance.
I have been to many weddings, and have yet to see a bride that does not look radiant on her special day, regardless of their size. Focus on the joy of the occasion and the many years ahead of you!
