Hi Robyn The fear of being alone is a very real fear for a lot of people. How we cope with this fear and fear in general depends on our capacity to be comfortable with and value who we are as human beings. The challenge when working with fear is you don't beat it by trying to take it on, you have to develop new habits and patterns in your life that lead you into greater security. As you do this you will be able to cope and manage your fears better. I would also recommend you find good support as you go through these changes as we never grow or change in isolation. Lastly two good questions to ask yourself. How can i value myself more? What do i need to change to see this happen each day? regards Jeremy
