Hey debbie!
Im a male teenager who really wants to build muscle but I dont kno what the right approach to doing so is . . . I take advice NOT to take suppliment but yet i see people who use it leaving gym each day with smiles on their faces . . Is there a suppliment that does more good then bad? Is there a way i can build muscle fast? Any advice or tips on maybe new, better exercises i can do?
