QUESTION
I've never eaten sushi, and I think raw fish is unhealthy to eat. It doesn't make sense to me why people want to eat raw fish - it's sick! Does it actually have any nutritional value?
ANSWER
Sushi is in fact high in nutritional value and is a low fat, healthy food. It hails from Japan and is an age old cuisine that is popular all over the world. (127 million people in Japan today alone.)
It is high in omegas 3 and 6 which is good for brain function.
Seaweed and edamame are also found in sushi dishes which are extremely healthy and it is not tainted by all sorts of butters, creamy sauces and unhealthy meat.
Go on, give it a try.
