Caro is the resident chef at Food24 and did her Grande Cordon Bleu with Silwood kitchen in Cape Town. She ran a successful catering company for four years as well as completing a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition in 2007 from the Australian Institute of Clinical Nutrition.
She has a love for fresh, seasonal food that is simple and unfussy. 'Kids food should be fun for the little one's and easy for mum'. It's no big secret that children are hard to please where food is concerned and it's difficult to provide healthy, balanced meals that will please them all.
