I am having trouble losing weight in the inside of my legs, and targeting my abs. What can I do so that I can lose that weight fast? I'm feeling really self-conscious. Please help me.
Weight loss starts with eating the right portion sizes.
My advice would be to join ' Weight Watcher' or something like that.
Alternatively for free you can go,online and join 'My Fitness Pal'.
This site allows you to keep track of your calories and portions sizes.
The only way to loose weight is to first get the eating right and then the exercise.
