I am writing to you because I see you as my last hope. I have been on a weight loss mission since I can remember and it's been caused by people teasing me. I am now 18 and I lost weight from 75 to 67 but now I can't seem to shed anymore weight. I am scared because when I step on the scale it sometimes is 68 and I automatically feel depressed. There is this guy I want to impress. What can I do because I want to weigh at most 65kg by June? Please help me. Thank you.
Eating is 90% of weight loss or gain, with that in mind.
My question would be:
Are you eating healthy, small portions of food 90% of the time?
That would allow you 10% of the time to have some indulgences.
The 10% is 1 meal, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner on 1 day, to have an indulgence of your choice.
Does that make sense?
Are you following any kind of eating plan?
Would you joined or considered joining Weighless or Weight Watchers?
There is also a website called My Fitness Pal, this is a fantastic site.
Have a look at the website, and then going forward, ask yourself :
Are you in action of what you are wanting?
What are you prepared to do or acknowledge in order for you to loose the weight.
Hope this is of some use and help.
