I am battling to lose weight even after making sure I have a consistent routine at the gym, I don’t gym too hard, but cycle 5 km in under 10 minutes on the machines provided, at half the resistance at least. I then swim 60 lengths of the gym pool in about 25 minutes. I feel good, but the weight seems to stay on. I am 34 years old and used to weigh 78 – 80 kgs. I only need to lose 8 kgs to really be happy with my weight as I am now around 89 – 90 kgs. What should I do?
Your eating is 80% so you need to look at that first.
Why not write down what you eat for a week, book to see a dietician and take it from there.
