The fattest woman in the world has lost 44,4kgs by having marathon sex sessions with her boyfriend. Well, so they say...

 “I can’t move much in bed, but I burn 500 calories a session –- it’s great exercise just jiggling around," Pauline Potter, the world’s largest women according to the Guinness Book of Records, told UK magazine Closer.

Pauline gained a lot of weight after she and her husband divorced. Soon her weight reached 292kgs and she was desperately unhappy. So she called the folks from Guinness “to shame herself into losing weight.”

Eish.

Anyway, her ex came back to her and since the first day they’ve been shagging each others’ brains out.
Apparently the couple has sex up to 7 times a day. They also engage in massage and all sorts of foreplay even though her movement is very limited.

I know I’m a cynical bitch, but I think her weight loss probably has more to do with the fact that she’s not consuming 10 000 calories a day anymore. (A sedentary woman in her age group should eat about 1800 calories NOT to be confused with kilojoules).
Unless you really do all the most taxing positions in the Kama Sutra, which, incidentally, makes sex feel more like yoga than bonking, you probably shouldn’t hold out for miracle weight loss. Even so I think it’s great that she and her ex are having lots of mind-boggling sex.
