The 127 minutes actor, who also has a number of books under his name, wrote a poem to the US president. What do you think of it?

Firstly, who knew that this Hollywood hottie is a writer? A man of many talents, isn’t he?

The stud already has two books under his belt and a poetry collection due to be released next year.

So, I’m guessing that he jumped at the opportunity when Yahoo! asked James to write something for President Obama’s inauguration.

I found the poem a bit too deep and confusing, it was filled with way too many blah blaah blaaah’s. You get my drift?

Anyway, here is a stanza that really stood out for me:

“If I were to act in the film about Obama,
All I would need to get down, aside from the outer stuff—
And I know that’s important—is his essential kindness,
I’d let the writer put in all the political crap,”

And that’s about the only thing that made sense.
