Superstar Shakira and her boyfriend Gerald Pique announce the arrival of their son on Twitter.

The Hips don’t lie singer has been off the radar for some months now, and now we know why.

Her excited soccer star boyfriend Pique tweeted (translated into English) “Our son has been born! We are happy! Thanks to all for your messages (sic)”

Nevertheless, a congratulations is in order!
