Lady Gaga has managed to shock us with her fashion and crazy naked pics, but this takes the crown.

The Born This Way singer was performing in front of a huge crowd in Barcelona recently when she vomited (Pregnant? Drugs? Hmmm, I wonder...) during a performance.

Anyway.

So apart from her actual up-chuck and all the possible reasons for it, what freaks me out the most is how she managed to synchronise her barfing with her choreography and effortlessly continued on with her wild performance?

Well, I guess that  just goes to show what a dedicated performer she is. That much I’ll give her.
