Dear Brenda
I've been growing the front section of my hair for months now in order to get a long, sexy, sweeping fringe. I have had my hair cut in this flattering style many times before.
However, my new hairdresser (I have moved) has completely stuffed up my hair, cutting it FAR TOO SHORT so that I now boast a silly kuifie type fringe. It is HIDEOUS and looks nothing like the picture I showed her beforehand, a picture I have had for about two years and used often to shower other hairdres
