Just 1.67 meter tall, Clemente is the shortest member of the Argentine squad. But, from the looks of him, it seems that the old saying is true - good (or in this case hot) things come in small packages. And when the package looks like this... well, need we really say more?

Mariano will be battling fellow hottie Sergio Romero for the #1 spot in front of the goal during the World Cup. This is one fight we won’t be taking sides in, but we do hope that both these cuties get some time on the field (and on our televisions).

After having the unfortunate honor of being featured in the Guinness Book of World Records for missing three penalty kicks in a row during a 1999 match, Martin is looking to resurrect his career.
After a ten year break from the international arena, he is back in business and ready to hopefully score some serious goals for the national team!

Back for his second showing in a World Cup tournament, Maxi is expected to be one of the team’s top scorers.
In 2006 he punched a German player in the back after Argentina lost a quarter-final game to Germany, resulting in a fine and a two game suspension. We just hope he can keep his temper in check; we wouldn't want to see the hottie suspended again or lose any eye-candy to poor sportsmanship!

Sergio is the son-in law of football legend Diego Maradona. Whether nepotism played a role in getting him a spot on the squad or not, is debatable but you don't hear us complaining.
One look at this shot of Sergio and his son Benjamin and we couldn't help but melt into a little puddle.

The smokingly hot Sergio is no stranger to the big time - he won a gold medal at the Olympics in 2008. When he’s not playing football Sergio is half of one of Argentina’s favorite celebrity couples. His wife Eliana Guercio is a model and actress. Sigh. The hot ones are always taken, aren't they?

The sexy man's man, Walter was part of Argentina’s 2002 World Cup team and after missing out on the 2006 cup, is finally back in action in. We hope it stays that way.
