This Canadian born actor started his career when he appeared in television series including Young Hercules, and Ron Oliver's Goosebumps and Breaker High.

In 2003, this cutie starred in The United States of Leland opposite Kevin Spacey and Jena Malone, where he played the role of a meek teenaged boy named Leland P. Fitzgerald who has inexplicably committed a shocking murder.
In school, his nickname was Trouble. With pleading puppy eyes we find it hard to believe this face could mean trouble.
Seems like Gosling has a thing for older women. He dated his Murder by numbers co-star, Sandra Bullock for about a year after filming. We must admit though, they did look quite charming together.
"I always wanted to entertain. When I was 6, a scrawny, scrawny kid, I'd get in my red speedo and do muscle moves. I actually thought I was muscular. I didn't know everyone was laughing at me."
Although he's looking a bit on the chubby side in the face, we still can't help but think he is adorable.
In 2004 Ryan was named one of People Magazine's 50 Hottest Bachelors. With those smouldering eyes, we don't have any qualms about that!
Is that a sticker on the lip we see? Gosling received an Academy Awards Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role nomination for his role in the 2007 movie, Half Nelson. He is one talented young man, and hot might we add!
Ryan went on to win numerous awards for his role in the 2007 movie, Half Nelson including an Independent Spirit Award and a National Board of Review Award. Good on you Ryan!
We didn't have any trouble believing that Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams started dating after they filmed The Notebook (a moment) in 2004. The on-screen chemistry between the two was off the chart, one could have predicted it.
