I'm confused as to why Keabetswe chose Demi's outfit for the
Best Dressed gallery. While I get (and often like) the whole offbeat fashion trend, I think Demi's taken 'bold and brave' a leetle too far in this beyond blingy bird-like feathery frock with - oh my gawd, it's plastic! - hard-shelled shoulder pads.
