Liu Yang displayed innovative use of draping in his elegant evening gowns. Soft blues and stylish navy were the focal point of the collection, with floral patterns to add variety. "Only when you devote your life into it, the design has its own spirit." says Liu Yang. "Weaving the elegance from the East together with the romance of the West is the eternal soul of my design."

Metal featured heavily in Throb-Immobile's show, which presented the image of powerful office ladies. Model Qi Qi led the show with a one-piece dress made of hundreds of iron pieces. Inspired by a warrior's armour, the dress was "extremely heavy", Qi admits.
