Eventually on a bit of a drunken evening we agreed to date. 5 months later we were engaged. It was a complete surprise - he took me away for the weekend where we had a romantic evening under the stars. Bending down on one knee, he then asked me to marry him.

It took 10 months to plan a beautiful wedding, which took place on the 23 October 2010. We've been happily married ever since. I think our wedding photos capture our love for each other. My mother jokes that I love to kiss his nose and that my back must have been sore after him dipping me all night!
