I was not sure if I should go for the relationship since he was quite a ladies man and was also part of a kwaito group, which just strengthened my reservations about the relationship.

Eventually I gave in, little did I know that would be the best decision that I have made in my life. Over the years we grew closer and closer together. If we were apart I would feel a void in myself and not understand why. If we had a small argument/disagreement it would feel like somebody just put a knife in me because it would hurt so badly.

I have always known that he was my soul mate. One moment I would be sitting thinking/talking about him and the next thing my phone would ring and I will hear his voice. We thank God for each other everyday and pray that he would strengthen our union more and more.
