Here are some tips to get you back on your feet again.
1. Be honest with yourself – look at the reasons you were dumped, confront them and decide which are true and which aren't. Use the truths to improve yourself, and discard the rest.
2. Remind yourself that you don't need a man to make you happy. Your source of happiness comes from who you are. A man is just a great accessory to your happiness.
3. Call up friends you haven't seen in a while and arrange to go out for dinner and a movie. You've probably neglected them while in your relationship – spend some time with them, and vow never to neglect them again.
4. Don't stay at home sulking, believing you'll never meet anyone again. You're a beautiful, talented woman – take an art class, go to gym or take up yoga, but force yourself to go to places where you'll meet new people.
