This technique looks and feels different from the old in-and-out. It takes a little practice, but mostly it requires a mindset change.
Most women's clitorises are 2 or 3 centimetres above the vaginal opening. This means that clitoral pressure is often sacrificed with most of the "regular" positions. By using CAT the pelvises are aligned, promising more direct clitoral stimulation during intercourse. Penetration does happen, but instead of the typical thrusting, rather think rock, sway and grind.
How to do it:
Start in the basic Missionary. You should open your legs only slightly and rest your ankles on his calves.
As soon as he has entered you he should move his body upward, closer to your head. This will mean that some depth of penetration is lost, but hey, you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette.
He should keep his legs together, with his pelvis resting on yours. The base of his penis should now be aligned with her clitoris.
It is important that he doesn't lift his torso. Instead he must cup your shoulders with his arms under your armpits as if giving you a hug. Now his head is next to your head. Full body contact should be maintained.
Now for the rocking. As he pushes his body up along your body, tip your pelvis away from him. Now he must push down with his penis and you must tilt your pelvis to receive him. This is a small movement.

Pros:
A lot of women find this the only position in which they can achieve orgasm during intercourse.
It's very intimate and romantic.
Also, as you start coming, your partner can then release his passion and revert to normal missionary to join you in orgasm with a few quick thrusts.
Cons:
It takes some time and practice to perfect. An impatient or selfish lover might give up before getting it right. (Which, of course, is a whole new can of worms by itself, but let's not go there now.)
