Does your man climax too quickly? Here’s what you can do to help him hold back.
What you need to know:
Premature ejaculation affects thousands of men, but because of the stigma attached to this very real - and yes, common - sexual “disorder”, most are embarrassed to admit to it, let alone talk and address the issue.
Thankfully, there are ways around it.
Insist on a condom
Not only is it safer, but the barrier created by the latex (which is said to reduce sensation) could be the key to elongating his time inside of you.
Stop and change
If you and him have been sleeping together for a while already, then you should be able to tell when he’s about to come. Should you sense this happening, gently move away and modify positions. The disruption should help to tame his arousal.
If his thrusts grow faster, whisper to him that you’d like him to slow down instead. Remember, though, the trick lies in the way you say this to him. Men, after all, are sensitive beings - especially when it comes to their performance in bed.
You don’t want to hurt his feelings or make him think you’re not enjoying yourself.
