QUESTION

Am 28 yrs old, recently my boy friend of 6months travelled to see my parents at home. Upon his arrival,he made it point blank clear that he wasn't asking for my hand in marriage immediately but he had just come to informally know them.

That got me pissed off but I stayed calm. My worry is he is a cantankerous person. He snaps and bullies me although he has never put a finger on me, but his body movements usually suggest his desire to want to beat me up.

My parents want him, I like him but am afraid marrying him me follow tremendous rounds of beating. Please advise me - is dthis how some men behave? Do they eventually transform such beating threats to real wife battering? Am confused and worried, am not any younger.
