Hi Dr Eve. My husband has a small penis and it is curved. We can't have sex because of the size. Is there any way he can enlarge his penis at home without spending money? Please help, I really want a baby and he is a very good guy to me. PS. He wants bigger testicles as well.

I would get him to a urologist to check if he really does have a "curved " penis. He might have a condition known as Peyronies which requires medical attention. I wonder why he wants bigger testicles? I guess larger testicles and penis makes a man feel more masculine – maybe he can do something to improve his self image – I have no idea what will do it for him.
A new challenge makes people very powerful, such as taking on a new sport, changing ones unhealthy lifestyle, whatever is a personal challenge for him.
This is guaranteed higher success than plastic surgery to enlarge his penis – this can work. However all other promotional products promising larger penises DO NOT work.
Also find interesting ways to have sex – one does not need a large erect penis for this – you really can make this a new challenge!
