QUESTION
When I do kegel exercise I bleed everytime do you know what can be the cause? Does that shows I have a problem inside can I use my Smartball even though, is it gonna work?
ANSWER
Bleeding is always a sign that something is happening inside your urogenital area that should not be happening. I have no idea what kind of exercises you are doing but doing kegel exercises should never cause bleeding. After all Kegel's are merely contracting and releasing your muscles surrounding your vagina as well as your pelvic floor muscles. And you do this with your mind.
Your Smartballs should be made of silicone, thus there are no harsh edges that can cause bleeding. And inserting them into the vagina with water based lubricant will ensure a smooth comfortable experience. So Smartballs cannot cause bleeding.
Perhaps you have an atrophied vagina due to menopause or dancer treatment as there is no estrogen left to protect the inside of the vagina. In this circumstance inserting a Smartball into an atrophied vagina may well cause superficial bleeding.
I ask you to visit a gynae who can examine you and give you treatment you deserve.
