HI, i have been interested in this and was pleased to find your article, but am still not sure whether I could use marine pllywood in a kitchen for flooring? What do you think?

Hi Gill,
Marine plywood would be the best option for a kitchen floor, as long as you seal with 2 to 3 coats of polyurethane varnish. Marine ply is already water-resistant to a degree, so would be a far better option that standard plywood.
