QUESTION
Hi there, I left home for about 4 months with my silver DEFY fridge on and now when I came back I was told that there was a power failure, plugs tripped and when the technicians were called the cause was my fridge. How is that possible and what could be the problem because every time it's plugged on it trips off the plugs.
ANSWER
Have you looked at the back of the fridge to check if the water tank is full. It could be overflowing and tripping the switch if the fridge completely defrosted. Also check to see if any wires are loose in the plug.
If all else fails call in a handyman or send the fridge out for repair.
