Freeze that last bit of extra wine and use it for cooking!
Some dishes like oxtail, coq au vin and beef bourguignon are just unimaginable without a good red wine.
And although “leftover wine” isn’t really a concept that we’re used to, there might come a time in your life when you just didn’t manage to drink every last drop of wine in the bottle.
So, instead of pouring it down the drain, and letting your beloved vino go to waste, rather freeze it in an ice tray for future use.
And no silly, not for drinking, but to cook with!
Not only will you be saving money, but you’ll save yourself the guilt of having to throw away a nice bottle of red.
Would you ever freeze leftover wine for future use?
