Shed some light

Lighting in the kitchen needs to work harder than anywhere else in the home. We show you how to install spotlights under wall-mounted kitchen units.

Shopping list

cabinet spotlights (we used three)

step-down transformers (one transformer is required for every two spotlights)

twin-core electrical wire (enough to connect all the lights to the nearest plug point)

insulation tape

small switch

electrical plug
Equipment

electric drill

54mm hole saw (or size corresponding)

small screwdriver

wire cutter

glue gun and glue sticks
