Prawn
A small clawless crustacean available in different varieties, fresh or frozen, in or out of shell. They are found frozen, canned or fresh. The colour

Use: Can be boiled, steamed, fried or barbecued. Cooked prawns are used in some recipes while others require fresh ones. They are delicious when eaten on a bed of rice with garlic or peri- peri sauce. Prawns are great in soups, salads, biryanis, paellas, pastas or eaten on their own with a squeeze of lemon and freshly ground lack pepper.
