Coffee cream liqueur
Ingredients
397 g
Nestlé condensed milk
250 ml
fresh cream
250 ml
brandy
12 ml
vanilla essence
5 ml
caramel essence
12 ml
instant Nescafé coffee granules, dissolved in a little boiling water
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well. Pour into a clean jar or bottle, screw on the lid and chill until needed. Shake well before using.
Makes about 800 ml liqueur.
