Oven-roasted turkey breast

Ingredients

turkey breast, rolled
15 ml
olive oil
15 ml
salt
15 ml
black pepper, crushed
50 g
baby marrows
100 g
patty pans
100 g
baby squash
100 g
baby carrots
5 ml
oil
100 g
mushrooms, sliced
45 ml
butter
45 ml
flour
125 ml
milk
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Wash turkey breast and pat it dry with a paper towel. Rub the breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place turkey breast on a roasting pan and roast for 30 minutes, until its juices run out.
3. Add vegetables to the pan and roast, with the breast, for a further 20 minutes.
4. For mushroom sauce: heat oil in a saucepan and add mushrooms. Sauté browned. Add butter and melt. Stir inflour and add milk. Whisk to prevent lumps forming. Serve hot.
